Treatment Coordinator

Duties: Assist patients and their families with treatment and financial arrangements.
Has been with Dr. Neilson since 2007.
Has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1971-almost 37 years.
Favorite thing about orthodontics: It is to see the transformation of self-confidence and beautiful smiles from our patients.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Neilson: I feel like part of a family here. He allows us the freedom to be ourselves and to learn more innovative techniques.
Leisure Activities: Shopping, traveling, dancing, movies, golfing, camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Native of: Long Island, New York.

Duties: All financial aspects of the office. Prepares contracts, handles patient bills and collects insurance billings. Also prepares all financial reports and postings as needed.
Has been with Dr. Neilson since 1996.
Favorite thing about orthodontics: Seeing the many positive changes in the teeth of our patients and how happy they are with the results.
Leisure Activities: I love to travel to any warm, beautiful beach and to spend time with my family. Also, I enjoy swimming, tennis, and outdoor activities.
Native of: Las Vegas, NV. and St. George, UT.

Duties: Assist in all aspects of patient treatment. Application and removal of braces, radiographs, digital photographs, takes and pours impressions, inventories dental supplies.
Has been with Dr. Neilson since 2005.
Has worked in the field of Dentistry for 18 years.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Neilson: He allows us to work with our patients in a fun, casual, and relaxed environment.
Favorite thing about Orthodontics: Getting to know the patients and helping them attain a beautiful smile.
Leisure Activities: Working out, bike riding, walking the dogs, swimming, dining out, and listening to music, watching movies, vacationing with family and friends.

Duties: Answer phones, schedule appointments, file patient charts, and greet everyone with a smile.
Has been with Dr. Neilson since 2007.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Neilson: He cares about his patients and he's pretty funny too! I also love my co-workers. They are the best!
Favorite thing about orthodontics: Seeing all the perfect smiles!! They're contagious!!
Leisure activities: Long walks with my boyfriend Cory and our two miniature dachshunds. I love to cook and entertain. I also love to eat sushi!!
